On World Mental Health Day, Gymbox launched a new class category that promises to help you take some much-needed time out. These research-backed classes are designed to strengthen mental resilience and wellness.
Regulate
Reduce anxiety. Minimise panic. Leave lighter than when you came in. Regulate is a safe space to self-soothe the nervous system and build the tools to keep you grounded - from gratitude journaling and visualisation to down regulation techniques.
Catch some ZZZs
Good mental fitness starts with a decent night's sleep. Built around breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation and 'The Military Method' for a deeper slumber, Catch Some ZZZs is the workout where rest is the only priority.
Weight Lifted
When you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, Weight Lifted is the safe, screen-free space to shake off the day... literally. Combining therapeutic tremoring, tension release exercises and deep relaxation, the only aim is to leave feeling a little lighter.
