Gymbox-ers, as you're probably aware following the Government announcement on Saturday we'll be closing our doors from Thursday 5th November. As you can imagine we're heartbroken to be back in this position again, but we know how strong you are, we made it through one lockdown and we'll make it through this one together too.
We may not be able to stay open but that doesn't mean you're losing your Gymbox fix. Out The Box to the rescue, our on demand platform with 100's of your favourite Gymbox classes and instructors where we're adding fresh content every single week! (Gymbox members, check your emails as we've sent you a cheeky discount code on the subscription packages).
We already can't wait to be able to get sweaty with you all in person, but until then? Stay safe. Stay positive. And let’s come back stronger than ever.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY MEMBERSHIP DURING THE CLOSURE?
For as long as our clubs are closed there will be a FREE FREEZE on all monthly memberships. To confirm, no payments will be taken for any future months we are closed. The time lost from Thursday 5th November to Thursday 3rd December (the proposed time we'll be closed) will be added to your first month back once clubs reopen.
If you paid your full term of membership upfront we will extend your membership by the number of days we are closed in November and December.
There is no need to cancel your membership as all payments will be frozen.
HOW LONG WILL MY GYMBOX CLUB BE CLOSED FOR?
We will be following the Government’s recommendation on when it is safe to reopen and currently the date for this is Thursday 3rd December. We will of course be updating you regularly through email and social channels.
