Throughout my career as a professional I always took my training very seriously. As much as I loved playing, it was the training which really drove me – especially the time we spent in the gym. Yet in the beginning, for all the training that I did I always found that my weight would maintain around 103-105kg. It used to drive me crazy; I used to look at other lads, whose lean weight would significantly increase in preseason and think why?
