Hooray! The first Spikes & Heels class at Farringdon last week was a huge success. Founder Muireann Carey-Campbell (aka ’Bangs’) shares with us what went down in this class for badass women.
Wednesday night saw the inaugural Spikes & Heels class hit Gymbox in Farringdon and what a class it was!
