Weight management tips

The city is awash with people who struggle with weight management and tackling there problem areas, so I thought id share some tips in which I use everyday with my clients to get fat results fast.
Hopefully you will find these tips of use.
Perform circuit training with little rest between sets
To get lean fast, use a rep range similar to that of someone trying to build muscle (hypertrophy) (8 to 12 reps, 3 sets, 70 to 85 percent of your one rep max load)
Train using multi-joint lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull ups
Use a longer time under tension to burn more energy, in other words slow those reps down.
-Work harder, expel more energy- don’t just stick to a cardio machine.
And the big one, This is one of the biggest reason people fail with their fat loss regime.
Not having support for your fat loss
Trying to lose fat without social support is the wrong way to go about this. It’s best to have your doctor, your workout partner, spouse, your co-workers, and your friends all helping you and supporting you with your fat loss goals.
