At our Holborn branch of Gymbox, we are lucky enough to have our very own physiotherapist, Luke Millward. As a Gymbox member, you are entitled to a free 15 minute consultation from Luke.
Each day I will be putting up a physio tip from the man himself; hopefull these tips will be helpful to you?
Tip1: If you experience pain in the middle of your back try gently stretching over the back of your seat and twist from side to side. This will help relieve pain. Hold each stretch for 20 to 30 seconds.
