The Most Common Goal
By far, the most common goal I’ve come across in the gym with my clients and members, is to lose weight.
More specifically, lose body fat. Some want to lose a stone. For others its the moobs, spare tyre or the love handles but for most people just want to get rid of that additional weight you’ve been carrying since you started drinking more and stopped paying attention to your diet.
