I had some great feedback last week, regarding the “ suitcase” workout, your feedback is always very much appreciated. So Continuing with the “no excuses” theme. This week the discussion topic is exercising when its hot, more so tips on how to exercise when its hot.
Training and usually tough enough as it is, But add sweltering heat or summer humidity to the equation, and the difficulty rises to a whole new level.

And believe it or not, as I write this the sun is actually shining and it’s hot!! So with this in mind, there is just one question - are you beach / bikini / boxer / Frisbee in the park, ready yet?
