Here it’s a 3 week program. Repeat it 2 or 3 times per week. Workout: chest, back and legs Instructions:
A1- put the bench on level 3 (angle) then start with 6kg and on the last set you go for 8kg 4010 means the tempo you have to follow 4 is for the seconds on the way down, 0 means no pause at the bottom, 1 is for the way up, 0 is no pause on the top.
