Hooray! The first Spikes & Heels class at Farringdon last week was a huge success. Founder Muireann Carey-Campbell (aka ’Bangs’) shares with us what went down in this class for badass women.
Wednesday night saw the inaugural Spikes & Heels class hit Gymbox in Farringdon and what a class it was! Drop those pounds underground people! Fitness-Freak pop-up rave class for one night only
Fitness-Freak.com, London’s first online fitness discovery and booking service is hosting the city’s first pop-up rave class on Wednesday 5th June, sponsored by Time Out Live.
