The A-Team recruits are now heading into week two of their new training programmes so Hannibal thought it would be a good time to share with you what they will be doing. Attached (below) is ’Phase One’ for the guys. The key to this phase is volume with a view to building some more muscle. The chaps have been given direction around their diet, corrective exercises following their FMS testing and their workout plans.
